Dominion Day festivities

Photos by Mallory Clarkson/London Community News/Twitter: @MalloryClarkson Some London residents celebrated Canada Day a little early when the Optimist Club of Summerside held its annual celebration on Saturday (June 30). Hoards of people braved the warm weather and came out to Meadowgate Park for some games, a barbecue, self-defense demonstrations and inflatable bouncy castles and obstacle courses. Festivities ran until 6 p.m. and a Fusion Homes fireworks display will be kicked off at dusk. Find us on Facebook: London Community News
