Ed Blake Park was packed with families Saturday (Sept. 22) when residents of the surrounding neighbourhood flocked to the greenspace for the Kipps Lane and Community barbecue. With activities for children, grilled grub and more, the event also functioned as a way for neighbours to meet each other.
Kipps Lane and Community is a resident-driven group that meets each month to help enhance and maintain the families and environment in the Kipps Lane area.
