Following a gluten-free diet can be tough when it comes to finding local options for going out to dinner or indulging in a sweet treat. Here is our list of restaurants and bakeries in London that will cater to the gluten-free diet to make your next meal outing a little less stressful:
1. Cafe One- 4-551 Richmond Street
Although Cafe One doesn't offer specific gluten-free menu items, their menu does include a variety of rice noodle options, which are gluten-free. Enjoy a variety of asian noodle dishes, stir fries and ramen noodle soup dishes with rice noodles for a satisfying gluten-free meal.
2. Cake Walkers- 125 King Street
Cake Walkers, a family owned cake business in London since 1996, offers a variety of specialty cake items for the gluten-free dessert lover. Their cakes can be customizable for gluten intolerance or health concerns, such as diabetes.
3. Central Perk Cafe- 110-450 Central Avenue
Central Perk Cafe on Central Avenue offers many customizable meal options to fit dietary needs. Their menu includes handmade gluten-free pizzas, as well as gluten-free baked goods and treats. Their motto is "friendly fare for fussy folks."
4. Jubilee Kafe- 299 South Street
Jubilee Kafe is one of the only strictly gluten-free food places in London. Stock up on gluten-free breads, pasta, cereal, snacks and enjoy some freshly baked gluten-free baked goods, including squares, cookies, pizzas and pies.

9. Sweet Cakes- 130 King Street
You may have passed by the delicious cupcakes from Sweet Cakes at the Covent Garden Market, but you might not have known that the bakery also offers nut-free, gluten-free, 100 per cent organic and vegan options. Satisfy your cupcake craving or buy some tasty treats for a gluten-free friend.
10. Palasad- 777 Adelaide Street North or 141 Pine Valley Blvd.
If you're out for a night of bowling and are looking for a gluten-free meal, try one of Palasad's pizzas on a gluten-free pizza crust. Try a gourmet or classic style. However, expect to pay an extra $2 charge for the gluten-free crust.
