London man hit with multiple driving charges following traffic stop

A 54-year-old London man had his SUV impounded and faces multiple Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act charges after the OPP stopped him in north London Monday (July 23).
Nhat Dinh was driving a Volvo SUV when he was stopped just after noon at the intersection of Highbury Avenue and Fanshawe Park Road.
As a result of an investigation, he is charged with driving while under suspension, using a licence plate not authorized for a vehicle, failing to have an insurance card and failure to surrender a motor vehicle permit.
None of these charges have been proven in court.
