A dirt bike ride through a London neighbourhood has landed a 35-year-old man with a pair of impaired driving charges.
Police said they responded to a complaint of a man riding a dirt bike in the area of Price and Homan streets on Friday (Aug. 17) at about 9:30 p.m.
The man was driving fast and was not wearing a helmet, police said, adding when he was located, the driver allegedly had a blood-alcohol concentration of nearly two times the legal limit.
As a result, Brendan Thomas is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood.
