Sexual assault suspect arrested by police (update)

Update (Sept. 7, 11:15 p.m.): London Police have identified a male wanted in relation to an alleged sexual assault that occurred on Sept. 6 in the area of Adelaide Street North and Huron Street in the city of London. As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Barry Harp of London has been charged with one count of sexual assault. London Police thanked all of the citizens who contacted them to provide information. ____________________________ Police are looking for a man believed to have been involved in a sexual assault near the intersection of Huron and Adelaide streets early Thursday (Sept. 6). The attack took place on a female victim at roughly 2 a.m. The suspect is described as white, between the ages of 26 and 30 and stands roughly six-foot-three. He has a medium build, dark hair and a goatee that extends along his jaw line. Police said he was wearing a dark baseball hat and a dark coloured T-shirt, shorts and sandals and has tattoos on his fingers on both hands. The suspect may also frequent retail establishments in the area where the assault took place.
