Cat rescuer’s death leaves felines in need of new homes; adoption day Saturday (Sept. 15)

London Community News

After the recent death of a compassionate community member who spent his life rescuing strays off the street and providing them with a loving home, his beloved cats need new families to call their own. Those who wish to provide these healthy, spayed and neutered cats with new homes will have the opportunity to adopt them on Saturday (Sept. 15) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the former Kelsey’s restaurant in Masonville (109 Fanshawe Park Rd.). The cost is $15 per cat. For more information, contact Dianne Fortney of Animal Outreach Cat Rescue at 519-434-3586 or 519-673-8359
