LTC employee charged with careless driving

A London Transit Commission driver was charged with careless driving after hitting a bus shelter late Sunday night (Sept. 23) in the area of Dundas and Richmond streets. In total, approximately $10,000 in damage was caused.
According to Dennis Rivest, a spokesman with the London police, there was an individual near the bus shelter who suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision.
The charge hasn’t been proven in a court of law.
