Section of Richmond Street closed to traffic tonight (Sept 29)

Larger than normal crowds are anticipated in the Richmond Row business district today due to the University of Western Ontario’s annual homecoming celebration. London police decided that in an effort to safely disperse the pedestrian traffic from this area, Richmond Street will be closed from Dufferin Avenue to Oxford Street for all vehicular traffic between the hours of 10 p.m. and 4 a.m.
