London man charged after Internet luring investigation

A 30-year-old London man was arrested last Thursday (Sept. 27) after an Internet luring investigation was conducted by the London police.
Robbin Azzopardi is being charged with two counts of using telecommunication to communicate with a person under sixteen years of age for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence.
None of the charges have been proven in a court of law.
