Razor blade found in child's trick-or-treat bag

A child came home with more than treats on Halloween, finding a double-sided razor blade wrapped in wax paper inside his or her bag, according to London police.
It is unknown as to where the razor blade was obtained as several addresses were visiting through the evening. The child wasn’t injured.
Police remind parents to check their children’s candy after they return from trick-or-treating.
