Two people facing drug trafficking charges after a York Street bust

Kacper Brzozowski, 24, of Ilderton and Leah Kordos, 22, of London are facing drug trafficking charges after police executed a search at a York Street residence on Tuesday (Nov. 13).
The police investigation when Brzozowski was identified during Project O-Bunker as an alleged mid-level drug trafficker. Members of the London Police Guns and Drugs Section, consisting of members of the London Police Service and RCMP, made the arrests around 1 p.m.
Brzozowski is charged with:
• Two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking;
• One count of possession of a Schedule III substance; (methlenedioxymethamphetamine) for the purpose of trafficking;
• One count of unlawfully possess a Schedule II substance (cannabis marihuana);
• And, one count of possessing proceeds of crime exceeding $5,000.
As a result of this investigation, the following was seized:
• 610 grams of cocaine valued at $61,000;
• Six grams of crack cocaine valued at $600;
• 14 grams of powdered MDMA valued at $700;
• Four grams of marihuana valued at $40;
• $30,000;
• And, a 2008 Nissan Rogue SUV with an approximate value of $15,000.
Police also charged Kordos with:
• One count of possession of a Schedule I substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking;
• And, one count of possessing proceeds of crime exceeding $5,000.
None of these charges have been proven in a court of law.
