For Steve Mather, it was all about feedback.
Mather is a sales rep with Bosch Power Tools, one of 75 exhibitors at the Home Hardward Tough as Nails Contractor tradeshow’s London stop at the Western Fair District Wednesday (Jan. 9).
“It gets us out of the office and into the field to support the local Home Hardware dealers let them support their contractors, and to show off our new products,” he said. “It gives us a chance to let people on the street see what is new and innovative, what can help their business and make their life easier.”
The national tour makes seven stops across Canada. It featured more than 75 hardware and building materials vendors, exhibitor booths with experts on hand answering questions, offering ideas, explaining new products and trends and providing hands-on demonstrations.
“We get customer feedback on how they like our products, how we can improve our products, what is and isn’t working and what they would like to see from dealers in terms of promotions.
Over 800 contractors were expected to attend the invitation-only show.
