London Community News

A London-native has been called on by the American Olympic Committee to make sure their athletes stay in top form. Dr. B.J. Hardick will be supporting members of USA Judo, Weightlifting and Wrestling as a member of the Maximized Living Sports Council at the Summer Games in London, England. Maximized Living is sending the largest contingent of chiropractors to the Olympics to deliver a holistic approach to wellness that incorporates chiropractic principles, balanced nutrition, mental preparedness and fitness programs designed to build strength, endurance and enhanced performance. “Our Sports Council success is a testament to the performance and recuperative aspects of chiropractic and the critical role chiropractors play in helping to unlock the full human potential,” said Dr. Hardick. “As excited as I am to go to London, I am just as excited that I am able to share these principles with the London community every day.” Dr. Hardick has served patients since 2001 at the Hardick Chiropractic Centre, the facility originally established by his father in downtown London, Ont. in 1971.  He is also the co-author of the best-selling Maximized Living Nutrition Plans, which is used in over 300 health care clinics worldwide and served as the basis for sports nutrition guidelines developed for the U.S. National Governing Bodies in preparation for the Olympic Games.
