Local athlete helps Canada grab silver in wheelchair rugby

Canada closed out the 2012 London Paralympics with a silver medal in mens wheelchair rugby on Sunday (Sept. 9). After a thrilling one-point victory against the USA to advance to the gold medal game, Canada fell 66-51 to Australia in the final. London native, and captain of the national team, David Willsie contributed four goals in just under 12 minutes of playing time in the final showdown. The U.S. beat Japan 53-43 for bronze.
