Over 55 holding Fall-No-More social night Thursday (Aug. 23)

Over 55 (London) Inc. will be hosting the first of four social information nights about a new fall prevention program for seniors. Over 55, funded in part by the federal government’s New Horizons for Seniors program, will be sharing information Fall-No-More on Thursday (Aug. 23) from 6-9 p.m. The event will have complimentary refreshments and live entertainment at the Kiwanis Senior Community Centre (78 Riverside Dr.). This program offers a variety of services and products to help seniors and the disabled adapt their homes to meet their changing needs. From non-slip stair tread coverings to curbless shower stalls to accessible bathtubs with a transfer seat, Over 55 has a wide variety of services and products specifically designed for the residential setting.
