RCMP Musical Ride coming to Western Fair this weekend

As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, London Elgin Middlesex Crime Stoppers has partnered with the Western Fair District to present the RCMP Musical Ride.
The ride is performed by a full troop of 32 RCMP riders and horses, plus the member in charge, and consists of a variety of intricate figures and cavalry drills choreographed to music.
The shows run at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday (September 7 and 8) as well as at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 9), all at the fair’s grandstand.
There will also be a show at 6:30 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 10) at the fair’s Agriplex.
Spectators are welcome to view the riders and horses between shows and admission to the ride is included with fair admission.
The Mounties will also have RCMP memorabilia available for purchase.
