Warriors Day tradition continues (photo gallery)

Photos by Mike Maloney/London Community News/Twitter: mdmaloneyphoto The 137th edition of the Western Fair is now well underway and as tradition dictates, opening weekend saw the fair pay homage to veterans past, present and future. And part of that tradition includes the annual Warriors Day Parade, which wound its way along Dundas Street between Adelaide and the Western Fair gates on Saturday morning (Sept. 8). Lead by a procession of vintage military vehicles carrying some of the oldest veterans, members of both the Canadian Forces reserves and active units, as well as local air, sea and army cadets joined in the parade as well.
