Rush memorabilia up for grabs at Tribute Dinner auction on Thursday
London Community News
True rock music fans of Rush know the Canadian’s band memorabilia is hard to come by. Other than donating used equipment to museums, Rush’s equipment, past and present, is kept in a large warehouse in Toronto.
At this year’s St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation’s Tribute Dinner, taking place Thursday (Sept. 13), Rush fans are in for a rare treat as a 1970s amplifier road case will be up for auction, along with other items.
Tickets for the dinner cost $160 and are available by calling 519 646-6085. The dinner takes place at the London Convention Centre (300 York St.), starting with a general reception at 6 p.m.
